Are the laptops new or used?MAS offers both new and foreign-used laptops. Our foreign-used laptops are carefully tested to ensure top performance.

How do I know the laptop is in good condition?Every laptop is tested and verified before being sold. You can also request a video demo before purchase.

Do you sell laptop accessories?Yes! We stock chargers, batteries, keyboards, and more.

What is the battery life guarantee?We guarantee at least 2 hours of battery life for all laptops we sell.

How long will my laptop last?Durability depends on proper use and care. Avoid: ✅ Overcharging overnight ✅ Leaving the laptop in sleep/hibernate mode for too long ✅ Spills or exposure to liquids

Can I return a laptop if I change my mind?No. Goods sold in good condition are non-refundable. 👉 Any return within 1 month will attract a 10% restocking fee. 👉 "Good condition" must be confirmed by both buyer & seller.

Can I see the laptop before buying?es! You can visit our store in Lagos or OAU Campus Market to check out the laptops before purchasing.

Do you deliver outside Lagos?Yes! We offer nationwide delivery across Nigeria.

Is payment required before delivery?Yes, we do not offer laptop payment on delivery.

How do I receive my laptop?Pickup at our Lagos or OAU store. 👉 Nationwide delivery via DHL or interstate commercial buses.

Is delivery safe?We pack carefully with caution labels to prevent mishandling. 👉 Logistics handlers are trusted and experienced. 👉 We send a video of the laptop before shipping. 👉 You’ll receive direct contact with the delivery person for tracking.

How much does delivery cost?Delivery costs vary. We provide an estimated price range so you can negotiate with the logistics handler.

Do you offer repairs or servicing?Yes, to laptops bought from our store. If not, we can recommend trusted technicians for repairs.

Can I upgrade my laptop (RAM, SSD, etc.)?Yes! Some models allow upgrades. Contact us to confirm compatibility.

What does the warranty cover?Foreign-used laptops: 1-month warranty (on motherboard only). ❌ Does not cover damage, abnormal use, keyboard, charger, or dead device. 👉 New laptops: Warranty is handled directly by the brand manufacturer.

Can I pay in installments?Yes! You can pay over 30 days. However: ✅ Laptop will only be picked up/delivered after full payment. ✅ Failure to complete payment within 30 days cancels the order.
